About This Project
Cruising In White was an all-white party experience unlike anything Accra had seen before. With 800 guests in attendance, the brief was to create a sophisticated, immersive atmosphere where every element — from the décor to the entertainment — carried the elegance and purity of an all-white theme.
Activv Family handled every aspect of the event from concept to execution. We transformed the venue with an elaborate white-themed décor setup including custom draping, floral installations, and lighting design that cast the space in a warm, ethereal glow. Live entertainment was carefully curated to match the event's mood, keeping the energy alive from the first guest arrival to the final hour.
Immersive AV production brought the vision to life on a grand scale, while our seamless guest management ensured every attendee felt like a VIP from the moment they arrived. The result was a sophisticated, unforgettable experience that left guests talking long after the night ended.
